Tim Springer Headshot
Tim Springer, MA, LPCC
(He/Him)

Welcome! Are you looking to be more calm, reduce your fears and anxieties, be a more confident person? You’ve in the right place. I’m passionate about working with anxiety, worries, and panic. I use methods based in science and integrate recent neuroscience into my practice.  I love what I do and work collaboratively with clients to bring the changes they most want to see in their lives. Please reach out to me, and I’d be happy to discuss with you how I can be helpful.

Experience

I have worked with individuals of all ages in community mental health, clinics, hospitals, and private practice. Before moving to private practice I worked for over six years at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. I received my Master of Arts from Adler Graduate School in psychotherapy where I received training in clinical counseling as well as marriage and family therapy. I received my undergraduate from Saint John’s University.

Personal

I live in Minneapolis with my wife, daughter, dog, and cat. I enjoy being outside in nature, traveling, and music. I’m very curious and love learning new things. I’m a life-long athlete and enjoy sports of all kinds. As a therapist and as a person I support all cultures, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, ages, and religions.
