Anxiety and worries are normal and happen everyday for most people. Sometimes anxiety and worries become too much where people don’t experience enough moments of calm, joy, and happiness. Anxiety and worries can also interfere with our relationships, work, and family. Please reach out if you’d like help with anxiety and worries.

Panic attacks are quite terrifying and extremely uncomfortable. Living a life with panic can be very difficult. Panic attacks are also treatable and people can make a significant reduction of panic attacks and panic symptoms. Please reach out if you’d like help managing panic attacks.

Climate change has already started to take its toll on many individuals’ mental health. Young adults and teenagers are struggling to find hope as they think about their future. Families are relocating due to natural disasters or want to breathe clean air that isn’t filled with smoke from forest fires. Perhaps you work in an environmental or sustainability field and are struggling to stay motivated and hopeful. OCD is a difficult condition to live with, but it is treatable through a type of therapy called exposure and response prevention. Exposure and response prevention is backed by evidence and can make OCD managable. Please reach out if you are concerned about symptoms of OCD.

Meet and go for a walk in nature or a park, while you do your therapy. Research has consistently shown that physical activity is excellent for our mental health.
